Fortress of Francis (for Creativity, Positivity & Healing)

Description

This loose blend is a mixture of juniper, rosemary, and lavender flower. It is intended to bring forth creativity, positivity, clarity, and healing energies. Use this when you want to relax or if you’re feeling a creative blockage.

Note: All herbal blends are handcrafted in small batches and infused with intentional energy. They come in a 1 oz. reusable tin can along with a charcoal disc.

Instructions: Light the charcoal disc and place it in a fireproof container (such as an abalone shell). Place a small amount of the blend in the fireproof container over your charcoal disc. Your blend should begin to smolder and produce smoke. Use a feather or a handheld fan to generate air over the coal and continue producing the smoke as you perform your smudging ritual. Be sure to open a window to allow the unwanted energy to escape the area.

Never leave your smoldering blend unattended to reduce the risk of a fire! If you would like to put the fire out, use a flame snuffer or smother it with sand or dirt.
